Bordeaux – the Pian-Médoc
Arrival in Bordeaux during the day and transfer by cab to your accommodation in Pian-Médoc. Our representative will meet you at your hotel to give you your travel booklet and bikes, if you have chosen to rent with us.
Between the estuary and the vineyards, the wine châteaux and historic ones, take a trip back in time on this first day of cycling.
Add a wine tasting to the day for a real immersion in Bordeaux wines
Dinner and overnight in Margaux or Moulins-en-Médoc, subject to availability.
Today’s itinerary will take you to some of the most famous châteaux of the region, such as Margaux, Saint-Estèphe or Moulis. Wander through the vineyards and, depending on the season, watch how the leaves and grapes are growing. It is also the perfect day to add a wine tasting to your program

There are so many hidden treasures in the Médoc for cyclists in search of new sensations. Off the beaten track, this region unfolds a palette of little-known landscapes, evoking memories of sailors. An easy route through vineyards and marshes to explore the small villages of the area. You will start by cycling along the Gironde estuary, the largest in Europe, to discover the wildest part of the Medoc, home to fish and migratory birds.
Along the banks of the Gironde, observe the huts on stilts and the tiny fishing ports.
Dinner and overnight at Saint-Yzans.
