Your journey begins with a beautiful downhill ride. The green Auxois countryside iopens up before you, punctuated by farmhouses and cottages. This unusual route, far off the beaten track, takes us to the picturesque village of Nolay, where the covered market stands proudly beside the church. A gourmet stop at a winery is scheduled before we continue discovering the area. Following the old railroad track, now converted into a cycle path, we reach Chassey-le-Camp, nestling in the heart of the valley.

After enjoying the tranquility of the Burgundy countryside at Chassey-le-Camp, we hit the road again, heading for the prestigious Côtes de Beaune. This land is home to some of the world’s finest white wines, including Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. Tour and tasting at an estate.
Our tour continues to Meursault, immortalized by the anecdotes of Louis de Funès and Bourvil in the film La Grande Vadrouille. We arrive in Beaune at the end of the day.

On this last day of cycling, we set off on the famous Burgundy Wine Route, nicknamed the “Champs-Élysées of wine”. Our route quickly takes us to Savigny-les-Beaune, then Pernand-Vergelesses and Aloxe-Corton, the last stops on the Côte de Beaune before crossing the border into the Côte de Nuits, kingdom of the great red wine appellations.
Nuits-Saint-Georges, Vosne-Romanée, Vougeot and its emblematic Château, Clos de Vougeot, are, in turn, revealed. Last visit and guided tasting before we head back on our bikes towards Gevrey-Chambertin, then Dijon, the city of a hundred spires.
