7:30 – taxi transfer from your hotel to the festive dinner in Rully.
8:00 PM to 11:00 PM – Pasta party with live music.
11:15 PM – taxi transfer back to your hotel
After breakfast, taxi transfer to Givry for the race.
-7:45 AM: Departure from your hotel to Givry (For non-runners, the entire day will be dedicated to the marathon village: entertainment, exhibitors, a winemaker’s village, and on-site catering).
-9:00 AM: Start of the marathon and MARA3 races
-9:10 AM: Departure of MARA3 shuttles to Rully
-9:45 AM: Departure of MARA3 shuttles to Mercurey
-9:30 AM: Start of the 8 km race
-10:00 AM: Start of the 12 km race
-10:30 AM: Start of the half-marathon
-12:30 PM: Awards ceremony for the 8 km and 12 km nature races
-1:00 PM: Awards ceremony for the marathon and MARA3
-1:30 PM: Awards ceremony for the half-marathon
-3:00 PM: Awards ceremony for the costume contest
From 2:00 PM onwards: Return transfer to your hotel and free afternoon.
-5:45 PM: Transfer to Rully for the closing ceremony
-6:15 PM – 7:15 PM: Burgundy wine tasting at a Rully winery
-7:30 PM: Closing ceremony: Burgundian banquet in Rully with live music
-11:00 PM: Return transfer to your hotel & overnight stay at the hotel.
